What a fantastic show you run. I just wanted to personally thank you - for the coaching on posing - which was so critical to my win. Also for the encouragement and support you provided - it proved to be a great motivation for me when I needed to dig deep and diet hard. This was my 1st Natural show since 2006 and what a joy to see such a fine group of people get together - you ran a smooth show and it was very enjoyable - my wife was very pleased. You are a class act - the real deal - and your master of ceremonies clothing was awesome - and really showed respect for the show itself. We all appreciated it. Of course winning my Pro Card was very exciting for me - and I received positive feedback from the head judge as well. It was especially great to have you present me with the Pro Card. Dear Scott and John:
I have to compliment you on the great job you all did with the show! It all went together very smooth and Scott, you were a "natural" at the podium with the mic! The quality of contestants were "top shelf" and your "helpers" all really cared and fully extended themselves.
As a contestant, I found all contest details were explicit and issued to us with time to spare. Also, it was so nice to have the School and the"Y" just a few minutes drive from our host hotel. Unfortunately I left my Marriott at 3 AM for my long ride back to Jacksonville Beach.

Was a nicely ran show, the competition was great. I came home with a 5th Place in the Masters over 50 Division.
Not what I wanted, but, "It is...what it is".

I had a great time and Birmingham is a beautiful city... It was cool to see Hoover High School... I saw the high school reality show "2-A-Days" on MTV and it was cool to be at the school... I talked one of the competitors in the show and he really enjoyed it. My husband surprised me with a big 40th birthday party and had college girlfriends come in town, the whole 9 nine yards. Well, we had a big day celebrating and about 9:00 Saturday night we were all in jammies goofing off and it hit me! Oh my gosh, THE SHOW!! We were all gonna go. I was just sick that I spaced and didn't come. I heard the competition was great. I am so upset I wasn't there to see it. Let me know how you thought it all went. Having been competitor, gym owner and trainer for the past 25 years I've competed in and attended a ton of bodybuilding shows. Most of these were nothing more than an event designed for the promoter to make a profit, with little to no attention focused on improving the sport or the athlete. To be honest, I'd just about had my fill of the whole mess.
This changed this weekend as your show went a long way in restoring my faith in bodybuilding. It was well run and the quality of athletes was comparable to any non-tested show I've seen.
From this point forward I will encourage my athletes to compete only in NGA shows (I've got three already that want to do your show next year).

Thanks for the opportunity of allowing my three competitors to compete in the NGA Alabama Natural Open. The girls and I, Carmen, Mandy and Brittney were all pleased with the entire process - especially the Figure and Fitness Model Clinic on Friday. We had some confusion about the format and requirement differences between Figure and Fitness Model, however, the clinic resolved all questions.
I felt that the night show went very smoothly. The audience was entertained and the process went at a pace so that neither the contestants nor the audience felt any down time.
Individually, the girls were very excited. They felt rewarded for all of their hard work in the gym and at the dining table and each was proud of the trophy they brought back to Villa Rica.
Again - job well done!
